چکیده

In this study, the effects of treatment with Ag, Au, Cu, Pd, CeO2, CuO, TiO2 and ZnO nanoparticles (NPs) on plant secondary metabolism were tested using an untargeted metabolomic approach in cell suspension cultures Hypericum perforatum L. Variations accumulation metabolites observed after exposure to NPs. Overall, number compounds increased by metal NPs was higher than that oxides. Among oxide tested, Ag CuO respectively induced greatest changes metabolism. cellular bisxanthone (540.3 fold) gancaonin O (214.2 fusaroskyrin (98.6 fold). Compounds most other were: hyperxanthone C (Au), apigenin (Cu), emodin (Pd), anthrone (CeO2), dihydroxydimethoxyxanthone I (CuO), quercetin (TiO2) gallic acid (ZnO). The presented results show elicited H. vary between types

Analysis of Secondary Metabolites in Plant and Cell Culture Tissue of Hypericum Perforatum L and Rhodiola Rosea L

Sensitive chromatographic methods were developed for the quantitative analysis of secondary metabolites in Hypericum perforatum (St. John's wort) and Rhodiola rosea (Golden root, rose root) extracts. Sample preparation methods were developed for plant, cell culture and biotransformation suspension matrixes. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used for the separation of analytes, a...

Enhanced production of flavonoids by methyl jasmonate elicitation in cell suspension culture of Hypericum perforatum

Background: Flavonoids of Hypericum perforatum are important secondary metabolites which have been widely utilized in medicine for a range of purposes. The use of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) elicitation for the enhancement of flavonoid production in cell suspension culture of H. perforatum would be an efficient alternative method for the flavonoid production. Results: MeJA influenced the cells grow...

Improvement of Hypericin and Hyperforin Production Using Zinc and Iron Nano-oxides as Elicitors in Cell‏ Suspension Culture of St John's wort (Hypericum perforatum L.)

Zinc and iron nano-oxides (100 ppb) were promoted the hypericin and hyperforin production in Hypericum perforatum cell suspension culture. High performance liquid chromatography method was used for detectection and identification of hypericin and hyperforin in H. perfuratum cell suspension cultures elicited with different concentrations of zinc and iron nano-oxide (0, 50, 100 and 150 ppb) after...
